One of the ixwebhosting's users complained that her
wordpress blog has showed suddently "error 500 internal server error". She was not sure what she did or changed, only could remember that has changed something and could not fix it anyway.
ix web hosting's support reply:
"You can revert back the previous copy of mysql database (if you didn't changed files or uploading)
If you uploaded physical files,, maybe reuploading can help. Bad files can cause ftp error.
However it can occurred by many resons.
Be sure the wordpress plugin is supported. For refreshing your site you can rename the "plugin" folder.
If your problem will solve, this indicates that
some of the plugin is causing the error 500.
Be sure the .htaccess is configure/edited correctly.
Upload to server too."
