Here is the second issue that ix web hosting's livechat handled for my friend:
My friend- all my sites has been down for several hours! All my customers are groaning on me!
They and I get this error steadily and frequently:
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
For assistance, contact your network support team.
OR:
Connection to server ******.com failed (The server is not responding.)
OR:
The server at ******.com is taking too long to respond.

My friend - i confide the error occur from your side! just my domain in this host plan with together are down , for example i can access to all internet sites except ****** .com, ******.info , *******.com that hosted in this ACC,
I monitor and reporting time that sites have been down, to your live chat and here.
